COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motion Engineering PCX/DSP-800 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Woodhead product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the SPD120240S2K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ST0TH1DJ manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSTPFBPLC5 by Manufacturer Woodhead as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tac Brand UNC4101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as QMEM2 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UOER23 made by Toshiba as well as the popular TMC470 original spares produced by Telesis-Technologies Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SNAT7780CNT by Abb and QMEM2 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDM12030W1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
